Customers on Airtel have been facing a lot of issues when it comes to configuring the Internet services (GPRS, EDGE, 3G) on their Apple devices such as the iPhone, iPad or the iPod. The settings which are sent by Airtel, do not work properly at times.
In this article we will tell you how to set up your Airtel GPRS / EDGE or 3G connection properly on your Apple device including the iPhone 4, iPhone 3G, iPad 2, iPad and iPod.
Step 1: Go to Settings -> General -> Network
Step 2: Now click on the buttons in this sequence: Switch on cellular data -> Switch on data roaming -> Switch on ‘enable 3G’
Step 3: Switch off your device and restart.
