Torch – Blackberry’s touch come qwerty smart phone was a big hit when it was launched initially. Building upon the success and the good features of the Blackberry Torch, RIM has brought out the Blackberry Torch 2 (Blackberry Torch 9810).
It has amazing features such as a 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording and 8GB of internal storage space. However, there is now front facing camera, so effectively, No 3G video calling.

The Torch 2 also comes with the latest version of the BlackBerry operating system, the BB OS 7 which has the Blackberry Internet Service 4.1. BIS 4.1 has an all new improved user interface and smart features like inbox priming. You can read more about BIS 4.1 here.
The world is going gaga over mobile wallet and mobile payments, worry not, Torch 2 has support for NFC as well! (What is NFC?)
As of now there has been no official word on the pricing of the phone from RIM, but going by the price of Torch 1, we expect the price of Torch 2 to be around Rs. 30,000/- (US $ 680)
