Samsung has launched two of its new Series 5 Ultra notebooks in India. The Series 5 ultrabooks are powered by the Intel Core i5 processor and are available in 13” and 14” screen sizes. Both the uptrabooks have innovative features from Samsung such as FastStart and ExpressCache storage that enables a fast boot-up for these ultrabooks which is close to 20 seconds.

Two features which are common to both the ultrabooks are their impressive battery and awesome display. The ultrabooks offer 6.4 hours of battery life on a single charge and has a true anti-aging battery technology which keeps 80 percent of the cell’s original capacity in a life cycle lasting up to 1,500 charging cycles / three years. This ensures that the battery can last up to five times longer than other notebooks. The screen resolution on the notebooks is 1366 x 768 pixels coupled with Samsung’s SuperBright Technology.

The 13 inch Series 5 Samsung Ultrabook costs Rs. 48,990/- and the 14 inch Series Ultra notebook costs Rs. 54,390/-.
