HTC recently shared its concerns about its smartphone business in the US not going very well. The company had recently unveiled its new HTC One series of smartphones targeted at high end users. However, HTC is also launching another range of low budget smartphones to give users the Android 4.0 Ice cream sandwich experience but at a cheaper price.
Titled the HTC Golf, which might soon change to HTC Wildfire C, the phone has a 3.5 inch capacitive display and apparently it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. Let us take a quick look at the specs and features of the HTC Golf (Wildfire C) smartphone:
- Powered by a a single-core, 1 gigahertz processor
- 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 480 x 320 pixel display
- 512MB of RAM
- 4GB of internal storage Plus two years of free 25GB Dropbox cloud storage
- Other features include MicroSD card slot, Bluetooh 3.0 and 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi
- Beats enhanced audio.
- Front-facing webcam
Looking at the specs and features of the phone, we expect the HTC Wildfire C to be priced around US $250 (approx. Rs. 12,000/- in Indian Currency)
