We still have no idea when Google is releasing the next version of Android – Android 2.3 “Gingerbread” or the successor to the Nexus One – the Nexus S. But while we are still waiting for it, XDA Developers have laid their hands on some pictures of the Nexus S running Android 2.3 “Gingerbread”.
According to them, here is the specs of the Nexus S:
– Arm V7 CPU – Possibly Dual Core
– Open GL ES Support
– 512 or 328MB RAM
– 1 or 2 GB internal Memory
– 800×480 Screen Resolution
– 4” SuperAmoled Screen
– 720p HD video recording

I have to say the back looks increadibly like the Galaxy S.
