Another version of the Samsung Galaxy S II mobile phone, with device id “GT-I9103” is now eminent. This version of the phone will be powered by nVidia’s Tegra 2 dual-core processor with cores of 1GHz each. The currently available version of Samsung Galaxy S II (I9100) have the dual-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor or the Exynos processor.
Now that the FCC (Federal Communications Commission of America) has given a green signal to the Tegra 2 powered phone, Samsung can get ready to ship it to the retail market as the plans for this phone were stalled by Samsung due to the unavailability of the chip (Tegra 2) after it was first announced at the recently concluded Mobile World Congress.

- 8-megapixel rear cameraAndroid 2.3.3 Gingerbread.
- 16GB of internal storage and 1GB of RAM (just like it’s Exynos Counterpart)
As of now, the device will be launched with AT&T in the US and after it is launched in India, the price can be expected to be around Rs. 30,500/- onwards.
