LG started shipping a Windows 7 based tabled: E-Note H1000B in Korea earlier this week. The tablet is powered by an Intel Atom Z530 processor and has a 16GB Solid State hard disk drive. The device has a 10.1 inch capacitive touchscreen and a best of resolution at 1366×768.
Other specs of the tablet are 1GB of RAM, bundled Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and a four-cell battery. It has two USB ports, an SD memory card slot and Windows menu and power buttons. The device also has a cool volume adjustment control button and an accelerometer. The tablet is lightweight at 1.9lbs and is just about 0.6 inches thick!
The LG E-Note H1000B retails in Korea for $851 including the bundled portable WiMAX router – WiBro. This tablet is definitely priced on the higher side given it’s average configuration You can also look at the Macbook Air which runs Windows 7 better than any other netbook but will set you back by 1200US$.
