The Nexus One is joining the Nexus S in getting the Gingerbread goodies, while the rest of us are stuck at Froyo or Eclairs. However that does not mean that we cannot enjoy some of the awesome features of Gingerbread – for example the keyboard.
The people at the XDA-Developers forums are at it again. This time a member by the name of supercurio has managed to get Android 2.3 “Gingerbread” on a Samsung Galaxy S.
It looks like Android is really growing very quickly. It was not very long ago (actually in October) that Google announced that they are activating 200,000 Android devices a day.
Almost a week ago, Google posted a video demonstrating Google Voice Search in Cantonese. No one paid any attention to the video – until someone noticed that the Android phone in the video is running Gingerbread.
