The iTablet is coming

Yes the iTablet is coming in April 2010. But wait its not an Apple product. The iTablet is launched by a UK based company called X2 Computing.

X2 Computing said “the iTablet will revolutionise the way that Windows users can access and use data on the move”

Here is the details of the iTablet:

  • 10.2-inch widescreen TFT or 12.1-inch widescreen XGA, 1024 x 768 resolution touchscreens (with optional multi-touch)
  • Flash support
  • 1.6GHz Intel processors
  • Upto 250GB hard drives
  • Built-in stereo speakers
  • Three USB ports
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
  • HDMI output (optional)
  • 1.3-megapixel webcam
  • 3G capable
  • Powered by either Windows or Linux

Pricing has not been announced however. If you think the name may create problem with Apple, Apple does not own the trademark to the name iTablet.

    iPad is in for for some serious competition.

    Serves iPad right for not supporting Flash.
