Rovio Reports 10 Million Angry Birds Space Downloads In Just 3 Days

Angry Birds game has brought unparalleled fame and success to the mobile game developer Rovio. The company did not let itself lose, and has built a huge gaming empire upon this success by launching equally good games in the Angry Birds series such as the Angry Birds Space and the Angry Birds Rio.
Angry Birds Space downloaded 10 Million times in just 3 days!
Talking about success, Rovio just tweeted from its official Twitter account that its newly launched game Angry Birds Space has touched a record 10 Million downloads in a very short time span of 3 days. Angry Birds Space is the same old Angry Birds game with new birds, amazing graphics, wonderful sounds and gameplay set in space.
The game is available on the iTunes app store for $2.99 for the iPad and $0.99 for the iPhone. Considering an average of $2 per copy, the total revenue from selling the 10 million copies stands to be around a whopping $20 Million, of course this includes Apple’s share as well. We just downloaded the game, and are off to play
