Microsoft has finally unveiled its plans for making the Surface tablets available to consumers commercially. Yes, Microsoft Surface tablet – you can make it yours now! Currently the Surface tablets are available for pre-order in 8 countries worldwide: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The Microsoft Surface tablets are available with the following options and pricing:

• Microsoft Surface Tablet – 32GB version priced at US$499 (Approx. Rs. 26,500/- in Indian Currency)
• Microsoft Surface Tablet – 32GB version bundled with a black Touch Cover priced at US$599 (Approx. Rs. 32,000/- in Indian Currency)
• Microsoft Surface Tablet – 64GB version bundled with a black Touch Cover priced at US$699 (Approx. Rs. 37,000/- in Indian Currency)
