LG Launches “Escape” Android 4.0 Based Smartphone
LG has launched an all new smartphone running Android 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich, called “Escape”. Now whom LG wants to escape is a mystery, well that was a bad joke. Jokes apart, this is like after many years LG has com with a really capable and feature-full smart phone and that too at a very low price, just $49 (of-course there is a 2 year contract).
Let us now take a look at the specs and features of the LG Escape Smartphone:
- Powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor
- 4GB of built-in Storage and support for memory expansion upto 32GB via microSD card slot
- Has a 4.3 inch qHD true-color IPS display with qHD resolution
- Corning Gorilla Glass for extra screen protection
- 5MP back camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera for video calls.
- Full connectivity suite including NFC is present. The handset is powered by a beefy 2150mAh battery.
- Runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and has LG’s latest UI with a Browser Bar extension for accessing social media pages
The non-contract version of this mobile phone is expected to be priced at around $475 (Approx. Rs. 24,000 in Indian Currency)
