It has not been even more than a week after Apple finally unveiled the iPad in India, we are now hearing about a possible launch of iPhone 4 in India officially from Apple. A website called Mobilescoop claims that they have talked to their highly placed sources in BSNL about iPhone 4 launch in India.
Their source has confirmed that iPhone 4 will soon be introduced with BSNL Carrier Lock in about a month’s time. Well we cannot comment right now if this is really true or a rumor as there was a rumor about the iPad’s India launch too initially but Apple eventually went on to launch the iPad in India.
On a serious note, this does not seem to be a fake piece of information given the fact that Apple having already launched iPad in India, officially, it won’t take much work from their side to launch the iPhone 4 too. It has also been said that the data plans from BSNL available currently for iPad will also be valid for iPhone.
